Our day, however is designed to take in that coastal walking experience, but also take time to understand our past, convict history and heritage.

Because the Tasman Peninsula is home to one of our largest convict penitentiaries, Pot Arthur.

Port Arthur historical site is one of Tasmania"s largest convict penitentiaries.

Which holds sigificant history from the past.

This is just one walking option on the Tasman Peninsula. It really showcases the rugged coastline, spectacular wind swept beaches .

The Unzoo animal sanctuary provides guests with close encounters with native Tasmanain species. This option needs to be booked prior to confirmation, so we can plan the itinerary for guests needs and interests.

Travel time to the Tasman Peninsula from CBD Hobart, is 1.5hrs each way.
